P&B Juniors meet every Tuesday at Crawshaw Academy
Distance: 8.9 miles
Possibly 12 x 2min efforts (could be more)
Route: Down towards Calverley, heading back near river, efforts end at canal crossing, then longish jog back to Priesthorpe
Bunny Run Relays (CS)
- 7.30pm start.
- £7.50 per team of three.
- Each leg 1.5m/200′.
- Relay batons are eggs!
