FRA Junior Championship counter. Registration, toilets and refreshments at Ambleside Parish Centre, beside the entrance to Ambleside Primary School and Rothay Park. All races start in Rothay Park. Registration opens 11am. NO PARKING AT REGISTRATION OR RACE START. Please see website for details of any extra parking provided in Ambleside for the event.

P&B Juniors meet every Tuesday at Crawshaw Academy
Distance: 10.5 miles
4 min efforts with 3 min recovery
Route: Calverley, down to Apperley Bridge, up to the Billings, back to the canal near Rodley, then longish jog back to Priesthorpe
Bunny Run Relays are also CS. 7.30pm start. £7.50 per team of three. Each leg 1.5m/200′. Relay batons are eggs! Almost any conceivable team composition welcome including mixed, family, junior etc. Over 10.

The course is just less than 6 miles (approx. 9.75K) and climbs gradually to the same high point as previous years (290 m in total).
Trail or fell shoes will be needed in wet conditions but in dry conditions runners could use road shoes.
