Short efforts (1/4 mile / 400m approx)
Total distance about 6/6.5 miles – route Bankhouse, Fulneck, Pudsey centre
Meet at Pudsey Civic Hall car park

Distance – 8.75 miles
Efforts – 5 x 0.75 to 1 mile efforts (approx)
Route – Through Farsley, down to The Owl pub at Rodley, up Coal Hill Lane, along Intake/Swinnow through Stanningley, to Pudsey centre, then down to Fartown before heading back to the school.
- 2nd entrance to Westroyd Park to Springbank Rd/Coal Hill Ln/Bagley Rd junction
- Pedestrian crossing (just after Club Ln) to Top of Coal Hill Ln/Intake Ln junction
- Bus stop after the bypass bridge to The Britannia Pub
- Corner/bend on Littlemoor Rd (building that used to be a pub opposite Busy Bees) to top of Fartown where it becomes Greenside
- The Marsh Pub to round about at Bradford Rd (A647)

This year, the race takes place on May 3rd, 2025 in Strathyre, Perthshire at 13:00.
Allow plenty of time for the journey and registration. It’s early May Bank Holiday and traffic from Stirling, past Blair Drummond Safari Park, and through Callander can double the normal journey time.
There’s a licensed bar and free ceilidh after the race. Bar open from 5, and ceilidh starts at 8pm.

Organised on behalf of UK Athletics (UKA) by the UKA Sub-Committee for Domestic Fell & Hill Running and sponsored by Pete Bland Sports.
The 2025 UK Athletics Fell & Hill Relays will be organised by Meirionnydd Running Club on Saturday 18th October 2025 at Dinas Mawddwy, Powys. Entries will open on 1st July 2025.
The relays are held under UK Athletic (UKA) rules. Entries in the Championship categories will only be accepted from clubs that are affiliated to UKA for fell running through their Home Country Athletics Federation (HCAF). If the entry limit is not reached, the organising club may accept entries for the non-championship categories from clubs that are affiliated to HCAF, but not for fell running.
All runners must be registered with their Home Country Athletics Federation or be members of the FRA, be first claim members of the club they represent and must wear a club vest. A registration number or FRA membership number for all team members will be required on the team declaration form.
The use of GPS for navigation purposes, the use of running poles and the linking of runners by bungee are not allowed.
UK Athletics medals will be awarded to members of the first three teams in the following categories:
- Male
- Female
- Male Over 40
- Female Over 40
The organising club may decide to include additional categories for which they will award prizes.
