Short efforts (400m approx)
Total distance about 6/6.5 miles – route Bankhouse, Fulneck, Pudsey centre
Training group for Juniors (age 11+) – various locations – please contact junior coaching team for further information
Distance: about 20 miles
Route: Starting from Horton, going along the Pennine Way, joining the race route, then following the walkers path up Whernside, rejoining the race route at the top and following that over Ingleborough back to Horton.
Meeting at the main car park.
Don’t forget the clocks go forwards tonight.
Pre-register on the YVAA website and pay on the day.
Non-VETs can run as guests in the league
P&B Juniors meet every Tuesday at Crawshaw Academy
Meet at the school as usual
Park session – Warm-up, 5 min tempo run (to the park), Speed session in the park – short timed efforts, pyramids, etc, 5 min tempo run (back to the school), Cool down
If it is bright enough we might move to off-road efforts – 2 mins x 12 (approx)
Bring trail and road shoes if possible, then we can decide at the start of training.

The event incorporates Tracks, Paths, the Leeds-Liv Canal Towpath, Road. and goes past Emmerdale’s Woolpack in Esholt.

Route: Down towards Calverley, heading back near river, efforts end at canal crossing, then longish jog back to Priesthorpe
