Meet at 6:30 to start session at 6:35
1 lap jog to warm up, 1 lap tempo (handicap)
Trail shoes needed.
Distance: 10.5 miles
4 min efforts with 3 min recovery
Route: Calverley, down to Apperley Bridge, up to the Billings, back to the canal near Rodley, then longish jog back to Priesthorpe
8 x hill reps on Calverley Cutting/Adjacent hill
Possibility to split into 2 groups starting on opposites climbs if needed

Jog to park – speed session efforts 400s or pyramids, short sprints, etc – jog recovery

Short efforts (1/4 mile / 400m approx)
Total distance about 6/6.5 miles – route Bankhouse, Fulneck, Pudsey centre
Meet at Pudsey Civic Hall car park

8 x “800m” efforts.
Route – Rodley, Calverley, Thornbury (distance 8.5 miles)
Start/finish points for efforts:
- Junction half mile court/half mile lane (just after Tesco) to end of half mile Ln/Coal Hill Lane junction.
- Bagley Ln (bus stop) to traffic lights/round about
- A657 (speed camera) to Town Wells Garden
- 40mph sign to Clara Drive
- Just after Sainsbury’s side rd to the pedestrian crossing
- Bus stop (just after Ravensliffe Ave) to the lights/round about
- Leeds Rd – first telegraph pole to traffic lights at the end
- Gain Lane (opposite Mortimer Ave (by Morrisons/Hovis buildings) to side road/new houses

Distance – 8.75 miles
Efforts – 5 x 0.75 to 1 mile efforts (approx)
Route – Through Farsley, down to The Owl pub at Rodley, up Coal Hill Lane, along Intake/Swinnow through Stanningley, to Pudsey centre, then down to Fartown before heading back to the school.
- 2nd entrance to Westroyd Park to Springbank Rd/Coal Hill Ln/Bagley Rd junction
- Pedestrian crossing (just after Club Ln) to Top of Coal Hill Ln/Intake Ln junction
- Bus stop after the bypass bridge to The Britannia Pub
- Corner/bend on Littlemoor Rd (building that used to be a pub opposite Busy Bees) to top of Fartown where it becomes Greenside
- The Marsh Pub to round about at Bradford Rd (A647)

8 x hill reps on the Gib, 2-3 mile recovery run. (Total distance 6-7 miles)
