8 x hill reps on either the Gib or Coal Hill Lane, 2-3 mile recovery run. (Total distance 6-7 miles)

1st race U11 boys at 11:45 – all other junior races follow after this
Senior races – Ladies 1:45pm, Men 2:15pm
