Scenic, undulating, one lap course on public roads and tracks. Junior races too.
1 mile – uphill only – 560ft of climb
11k/330m – BM
Trail or Fell options – both races run at the same time.
6.7 mile multi-terrain course – starting and finshing within the Abbey grounds. A bottle of beer and goody bag to all finishers.
Also includes – 1 mile family fun run at 9:00am and 2 mile junior race at 9:25am for U17’s
