Distance: 8.9 miles Possibly 12 x 2min efforts (could be more) Route: Down towards Calverley, heading back near river, efforts end at canal crossing, then longish jog back to Priesthorpe Probably the last off road session this year. It might be worth bringing a headtorch just in case it gets too dark on the way back.

A 6.7 mile multi terrain course starting and finishing within the Abbey grounds. A mixture of road, canal and trail. A bottle of beer & goodie bag to all finishers. Junior races/fun run. Race filled up last year, so best to pre-enter.
