The ‘Hodgson Brothers Mountain Relay’ is a fell running relay race that started life as the ‘Ian Hodgson Mountain Relay’. It is set in the heart of the Lake District Fells and takes place every year in October. Following the success of changing from a Sunday to a Saturday in 2024 for the first time in the history of the race it will now continue to be on the first Saturday in October. Organised on behalf of UK Athletics (UKA) by the UKA Sub-Committee for Domestic Fell & Hill Running and sponsored by Pete Bland Sports.    The 2025 UK Athletics Fell & Hill Relays will be organised by Meirionnydd Running Club on Saturday 18th October 2025 at Dinas Mawddwy, Powys. Entries will open on 1st July 2025. The relays are held under UK Athletic (UKA) rules.
