This is the 2nd year we have had the use of this venue for YVAA GP’s and is well worth the trip to the east coast. The actual race takes place within the Mulgrave Castle Estate grounds and runners will be escorted down to the start on mass at 10.45am. This is a private estate so please do not make your own way to the start or try to recce the route before the race. The course is undulating and on firm woodland tracks. British Championship counter. Car parking is tight so car share if possible though farmers field available for parking on the day at £2 a car. Avoid bringing dogs as this is sheep country. Post race festivities are planned and accommodation available in hostel at race HQ at www.cwmpennant.org.uk
