Distance: 10.5 miles 4 min efforts with 3 min recovery Route: Calverley, down to Apperley Bridge, up to the Billings, back to the canal near Rodley, then longish jog back to Priesthorpe

Bunny Run Relays are also CS. 7.30pm start. £7.50 per team of three. Each leg 1.5m/200′. Relay batons are eggs! Almost any conceivable team composition welcome including mixed, family, junior etc. Over 10.

The course is just less than 6 miles (approx. 9.75K) and climbs gradually to the same high point as previous years (290 m in total). Trail or fell shoes will be needed in wet conditions but in dry conditions runners could use road shoes.
