The EvenSplits Leeds 5K Race Series is staged at the Brownlee Centre Cycle Circuit in Leeds. The series consists of ten, monthly, 5K road races split into an A race and a B race.

A Race: The A race is for those who expect to run sub-22:30

B Race: The B race for those who expect to run 22:30 or above.

Total distance about 6/6.5 miles – route Bankhouse, Fulneck, Pudsey centre

Meet at Pudsey Civic Hall car park

8 x 800m efforts.

Route – Rodley, Calverley, Thornbury (distance 8.5 miles)

Junior races start at 11:45 with U11 Boys

Race order – U11B, U11G, U13B, U13G, U15B, U15G, U17L, U17M, Seniors

SEN Ladies: 1:45pm

SEN Men: 2:15pm

Distance – 8.75 miles

Efforts – 5 x 1 mile efforts

Route – Through Farsley, down to The Owl pub at Rodley, up Coal Hill Lane, along Intake/Swinnow through Stanningley, to Pudsey centre, then down to Fartown before heading back to the school.

Distance – 8.2 miles

Efforts – 4 x 1.5 miles

Route – Down to Stanningley, up Broad lane to Bramley Town Street, down Henconner Ln (past bus depot) to Wickes, up Pudsey Rd to Pudsey centre, on to Uppermoor, then Waterloo Rd and back to the school
