Moorland, rocky in places, with a good path network

Promoted by South Leeds Lakers Running Club
(under UKA rules, Trail Running Association Permit applied for)
This course is mainly on tracks and field paths with a small amount of road / tarmac. Given the time of year trail shoes are advisable. £5.00 entry on the day (£1.00 now goes to host club).
