Meet at the school as usual
Park session – Warm-up, 5 min tempo run (to the park), Speed session in the park – short timed efforts, pyramids, etc, 5 min tempo run (back to the school), Cool down
If it is bright enough we might move to off-road efforts – 2 mins x 12 (approx)
Bring trail and road shoes if possible, then we can decide at the start of training.
