Jane and Phillip Sheard have been members of Pudsey & Bramley for many years (too many to mention) and have been living down south for the last 10 years or so. They have now escaped and moved back to Yorkshire to run a B&B in Litton in Littondale a quiet and pretty dale in the Yorkshire Dales. Here’s how they describe it:
“Littondale is an excellent location for cycling, running (if you like running up or down hills) and walking. Pen-y-ghent is less than 8 miles away so this makes Litton a good base for reccing the Three Peaks and many other fell races. There is also an excellent village pub which has real ales and does good food. For those of you who like to run, bike and drink there is a circular route from our doorstep that is 10 miles and passes 8 pubs along the way! Maybe this could be the next Pudsey challenge – Phillip has just set off to put down a good quick time for you all to beat.”
